1977 Citroen CX Diesel / Engine Bay ViewAs stated earlier, the car was not detailed for this shoot. Looks pretty good in here I think. The spare is in fine shape, the inner fenders are gray to improve visibility. There is a VW oil filler cap on the valve cover, but an original can be obtained. The hydraulics are well cared for, all of the rubber hoses have been replaced in the past six or seven years. The suspension spheres and accumulator spheres are in excellent condition and well charged (we have a tester). Additionally the coolant hoses have been replaced in the past few years as a precaution. As stated in the overview, nothing leaks, a real accomplishment on an old French car! :-) You will not find a more reliavle and trustworthy car! Next Image |
